3-day warranty

Every SuperGrok Heavy order includes a 3-day warranty from delivery. If your access fails to activate or stops working within 3 days due to our delivery, contact support for a replacement or refund.

Eligible issues

• Access credentials not delivered
• Activation failure on first use
• Service unusable within 72 hours of delivery

Not covered

• xAI platform outages beyond our control
• Account bans due to terms violations on xAI/X
• Change of mind after successful activation beyond warranty window
